ABOUT ME

Hey! I’m Jacob, dad, coach, and someone who’s lived and breathed sport and fitness my whole life. 

From rugby and surfing to marathons and Ironman triathlons, I’ve always loved a challenge.

But when my son Arthur was born, long gym sessions and strict routines weren’t an option anymore. 

I had to figure out how to stay lean, fit and confident without sacrificing family time.

Now I help other busy dads do the same:
